Birth is a huge transformation of the body, mind and spirit. As your doula, I offer you unconditional support, uplifting and empowering you in these times of transition. Whether you are birthing your first or your 5th baby, in the heat of postpartum, navigating abortion or experiencing miscarriage or still birth, I will support you in having a more integrated and supported experience.

2 Prenatal Appointments (1.5-2.5 hrs each)
On call starting 37 weeks on & full presence and hands on support at your birth
Customizable Pregnancy Herbal Support
2 PostPartum Appointments (1.5-2.5 hrs each)
Visits can include: birth plan preparation, processing fears & wishes for birth, support with pregnancy symptoms, education on pregnancy & birth, bodywork, reiki, practicing birth sensation management, mother blessingway ritual, planning for postpartum
On call support via phone and email
Sliding Scale Package $1,500-2,500

Visits can include: Bodywork, moxa, reiki, emotional support and integration, light housekeeping, meal planning, shopping and prep, attending doctor's appointments for support and advocacy, ritual & honoring of transition
